Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs Participate in the full life‑cycle of recruiting, including pre‑screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation, etc. Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs, etc. Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow‑up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it’s always positive Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space) Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar) Excellent communicator; must be comfortable and confident on the phone Competitive and goal‑oriented with appropriate attention to detail Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants Works well both independently & as a team What’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?
