About you To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, accident benefits or personal injury. Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing. Strong verbal, written, and drafting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills reflected in client management and teamwork dynamics. Proactive thinking and effective response to unforeseen circumstances. Commitment to firm values, client service, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

About the role If hired, you will: Manage litigation cases: legal research, drafting pleadings, and court representation. Prepare legal documents: briefs, motions, and correspondence. Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in legal research and drafting. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Adapt and find solutions to unforeseen challenges. Manage clients and practice with professionalism and commitment to client service. Uphold legal ethics and professional conduct in all activities.
