As part of the growth plans for an exciting part of the business, we are looking for an FP&A Analyst with strong proficiency in Power BI to join the global FP&A team. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of finance, analytics, and emerging technology - ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into insights and driving efficiency through automation and AI. The role will support forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis while developing and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI. You’ll partner with teams across the business to improve visibility, streamline processes, and enhance decision‑making. It offers an opportunity to grow within a global FP&A team and gain exposure to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that visualise financial and operational performance. Partner with business leaders to analyze results, identify trends, and communicate insights. Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning. Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages and KPI summaries for management. Collaborate with Accounting to ensure results are accurately reflected in financial systems and reports. Support the monthly forecast and annual budgeting cycles. Support the broader FP&A team in driving continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making. Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics, ideally in SaaS or technology companies. High proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Experience using or integrating AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or Predictive Analytics) to enhance analysis, automation, or reporting. Solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
