About the Role:

- Prepare and consolidate divisional and departmental forecast updates into analyses, dashboards, and reporting presentations to help drive strategic planning, operational, and investment decisions;
- Prepare monthly financial and operational dashboard updates to help evaluate performance against business plan targets;
- Drive the process for quarterly reviews and rolling forecast updates with divisional and departmental leaders and senior management;
- Perform variance analyses and forecasts to help make key business decisions;
- Investigate data problems using creativity and persistence;
- Collaborate with business units to ensure quality of financial data and analyze financial results.

The ideal Analyst, FP&A is an extremely analytical financial professional with strong business acumen. In order to juggle the speed of the development industry and the ever-changing priorities in the business, the ability to absorb information, adapt to change and be flexible will prove to be valuable. Our business leaders will be leaning on the Analyst, FP&A for unique perspectives, best practices and out-of-the-box thinking, while also trusting your detail-oriented, numbers-driven knowledge of finance to communicate sound business advice.

**Our Must Haves**
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance or accounting in an analytical capacity;
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Designated CPA or CFA, or actively working towards a designation;
- Ability to work in in complex spreadsheets and interpret large volumes of business data;
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal/written) skills with the ability to communicate professionally to all levels of the business;
- Ability to analyze complex business situations and summarize key issues;
- Experience with Power BI will be considered an asset.
