Skyview Developers is a growing construction and renovation company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the GTA. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and organized individual to lead our digital presence and help expand our client base. Position Overview The Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing Skyview’s online presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and driving growth through targeted marketing strategies. This role includes overseeing social media content, building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting ongoing website and advertising initiatives. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Create and post high-quality photos, videos, reels, and graphics showcasing renovation projects, before/after transformations, client testimonials, and team highlights. Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build a genuine online community. Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies for growth. Content Creation Capture onsite photos and short-form videos. Write compelling captions aligned with the brand’s voice. Design visual content using Canva or similar tools. Maintain a consistent and professional aesthetic that represents Skyview Developers. Client Acquisition & Branding Implement strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients. Support lead generation by posting educational content, project spotlights, and service-based campaigns. Collaborate with the leadership team to understand marketing goals and target audiences. Digital Advertising & Website Support Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns for local construction and renovation services. Manage basic SEO tasks and keywords for improved online ranking. Assist in updating and improving the existing website (content refresh, layout changes, photo updates). Coordinate with external designers/developers if larger updates are needed. Qualifications Experience in social media management or digital marketing (construction or service-based industry is an asset). Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement. Ability to shoot and edit photos/videos (smartphone is fine). Basic knowledge of Google Ads and SEO. Familiarity with website editing tools (WordPress, Wix, or similar). Excellent communication skills and creativity. Strong time‑management and ability to work independently.
