OverviewVEP Implementation Consultant (REMOTE) at Siemens HealthineersVarian Executive Partnership (VEP) Clinical Consultant is a clinical operations leader for the VEP program focused on solution execution, customer service and client retention by deeply understanding the customer strategy, business model and success metrics. Customers include complex, multi-site organizations implementing high-functioning service lines.Our environment fosters diversity, growth, and flexibility to support professional and personal development while valuing unique contributions.ResponsibilitiesDelivers consulting project activities through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.Evaluates business processes, recommends process changes, documents processes, identifies problems, specifies hardware/software, supports change management, tests recommended strategies, identifies client training needs, and supports solution deployment.Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization (billable hours) and contractual deliverables.Interacts with company and client managers to ensure alignment from consulting through training and implementation.May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating and proposal generation.May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to ongoing team account activities.Identifies additional product/services opportunities within the customer organization and is viewed by customers as a consultant.Performance is measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.Applicable to Oncology Systems: position requires full access to client sites to perform essential functions. Vendors may require credentialing; the role must meet all credentialing requirements and maintain them during employment as needed by clients.This role can be based anywhere in Canada with up to 60% travel across Canada and the US.Minimum Required Skills And KnowledgeBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Physicist, or Nurse).Minimum of 5-7 years clinical/technical experience.Minimum of 3 years in the job role.Facilitate and present information transfer both in person and remotely.Product knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations.Industry knowledge; self-motivated team player; highly organized and able to multitask in a changing environment.Customer service orientation and relationship building.Ability to be an internal advocate/translator for partners and an external promoter for Varian.Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments.Strong multimode communication skills with all levels in both organizations; ability to synthesize quickly between organizations.Strong organizational and analytical skills with a track record of collaboration and consensus building.Excellent communication skills.Who we areWe are a team of more than 72,000 Healthineers in more than 70 countries, dedicated to creating better outcomes and experiences for patients.
