Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to : Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone) Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications Provide ongoing support to clients and their families Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service This position allows you to work from home, set flexible hours, and be rewarded for your results.
