Ergonofis est à la recherche d’un ou d’une Spécialiste de l’excellence client (bilingue) agile et efficace pour se joindre à son équipe grandissante. Quelqu’un qui saura améliorer l’expérience et la satisfaction de sa clientèle ainsi que la productivité et l’efficacité de département d’expérience client. Responsabilités: Prendre en charge le service client (Téléphone, Courriels, Chat) Assister les clients lors des achats Assister les clients post-achat Développer et maintenir une bonne relation avec les clients d’Ergonofis. Lancer de nouvelles initiatives pour améliorer le processus complet de l'expérience client Recueillir les commentaires des clients et fournir des contributions à l'équipe afin d’améliorer les produits et l'expérience client. Exigences: Bilinguisme (français-anglais) tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral afin de pouvoir communiquer à nos clients partout au Canada et aux États-Unis. Années d’expérience reliées à l’emploi : 2 ans et plus Niveau d’étude : Diplôme d’étude collégiale (DEC) Attentionnés aux détails, rigoureux, ordonné et autonome. Initiative et passion à aider les gens Expérience en e-commerce (Shopify, Helpdesk, GSuite, etc) Capacité à prioriser et à travailler sous pression Statut de l’emploi : contrat 1 an à temps plein (seulement) pour remplacement durant congé de maternité mais avec possibilité de renouvellement. Job Description: Ergonofis is looking for an agile and efficient Customer Service Specialist (bilingual) to join its growing team. Someone who will be able to improve the customer's experience and satisfaction, as well as the productivity and efficiency of the customer service department. Responsibilities: Support customer service (Phone, Email, Chat) Assist customers during purchases Assist customers post-purchase Develop the B2C customer service structure B2C sales Maintain a good relationship with Ergonofis customers Launch new initiatives to improve the customer experience throughout the journey Collect customer feedback and provide input to the team to help improve the product/experience Requirements: Bilingualism (French-English) both written and spoken to assist clients across Canada and the United-States Years of experience related to the job: 2 years or more Level of study: College diploma (DEC) Attentive to detail, rigorous, orderly, and autonomous. E-commerce experience (Shopify, Zendesk) Takes initiative and has a passion for helping people Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Employment status: One-year full-time contract (only) to cover maternity leave, but with the possibility of renewal.
