We need an energetic, confident individual to join our leading‑edge Collaborative Partnering team within the Transportation and Infrastructure Strategic Project Pursuits & Alternative Delivery group as a Coordinator. The team is at the forefront of the changing project and program landscape in Canada, focusing on collaboration throughout the pursuit and delivery of major projects. WSP has created new roles and new ways of working that involve coaching, training and mentoring high‑performing project teams. This is a client‑facing role where you will be mentored and empowered to own your deliverables. You will be responsible for administrative and meeting coordination under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Collaborative Partnering, and will interface with internal and external stakeholders to support high‑performing and collaborative teams with logistics coordination that requires strong organization and communication skills. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Collaborative Partnering and working closely under the mentorship of the team, this is a pivotal role with high visibility within the organization. You will synthesize large amounts of data to create comprehensive, logical process documentation, manage incoming and outgoing communications, and support the development of broader operational excellence activities such as processes, procedures, platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery and documentation of strategic initiatives and Collaborative Business Relationships tools and systems in support of project pursuits and project delivery. Support high‑performing teams with logistics coordination, including arranging meetings and workshops, developing agendas and distributing materials. Develop and manage the Team’s SharePoint page, ensuring documentation is updated and consistent across platforms. Answer critical correspondence, collect and synthesize lessons learned, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups. Develop work plans and delivery schedules, and report on progress to the Senior Manager, Collaborative Partnering. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree or technical degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience supporting project teams. Strong organization and presentation skills, with the ability to develop visually appealing and user‑friendly materials. Experience coordinating logistics for team working sessions in both in‑person and virtual environments. Ability to work autonomously with a positive, can‑do attitude and confidence to actively support the delivery of projects and initiatives. Proven experience building rapport and working in partnership with cross‑functional teams to proactively deliver on commitments. Interest in learning commercial acumen and gaining experience in business, commercial and operational solutions. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting ideas and views. Intermediate level IT skills.
