Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Field Service Technician in the Professional Division located in Vaughan, ON. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining premium commercial equipment and appliances. Day‑to‑day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing excellent customer support, delivering timely solutions, and maintaining accurate records of service visits. The role requires adherence to Miele's high service standards and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications Technical knowledge and expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve technical issues Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication and professionalism Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently to perform repairs Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate service records Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for service visits Previous experience in a similar field or role is an asset Completion of a technical diploma, trade certification, or relevant training is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
