Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician in the Professional Division located in Vaughan, ON. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining premium commercial equipment and appliances. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing excellent customer support, delivering timely solutions, and maintaining accurate records of service visits. The role requires adherence to Miele's high service standards and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge and expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication and professionalism
  • Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently to perform repairs
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate service records
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for service visits
  • Previous experience in a similar field or role is an asset
  • Completion of a technical diploma, trade certification, or relevant training is preferred
