OverviewClient Manager, Concierge Team, Personal Lines — 35 hours per week, full-time. Location: Ontario – Hybrid (any Ontario location; see office finder). Job duration: Full-time, permanent.Role: Provide front-line counselling to Concierge clients about personal insurance coverage. Concierge Service is a small, dedicated team of brokers offering a unique value proposition to NFP VIP Clients.What You’ll DoProvide exceptional one-stop-shop customer service to clients, including sales, service, and retention efforts for this client groupCollaborate with the Private Client Group and other lines of business to deliver an exceptional NFP client experienceContribute to premium growth targets by upselling appropriate coverages and referring business to other lines where applicableStay up to date with insurer partner products, offerings, and market intelligenceWhat You BringActive RIBO license is required. Other provincial licenses are an assetTypically more than 3 years of personal lines experienceProven experience managing a high volume of clientsExcellent computer skills with fluency in broker management systems; EPIC and ARS fluency are an assetAbility to drive strong customer retention by providing a world-class customer experienceExceptional quotation skills for cross-selling, upselling and remarketingAbility to quickly learn the NFP business model and value propositionAbility to work collaboratively with others, both in person and virtuallyStrong oral and written communications skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment while keeping customer service as a priorityAbility to communicate clearly and explain complex conceptsProfessional insurance designation is a plus (e.g., CAIB, CIP, CRM)About NFPNFP, an Aon company, is a multi-award winner focused on providing consultative insurance solutions and a people-first culture.
