The company was named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces for 7 years. Responsibilities Operationally integrated within the Data Architecture Chapter and the various data product squads. Design data architecture that meets stakeholder needs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s global architecture strategy. Build and continuously improve data architecture frameworks for specific technology/data products in compliance with global standards. Identify significant data assets and translate business requirements into data products such as databases, warehouses, and streams. Assess potential impacts and opportunities of product choices from a data architecture standpoint, including compliance of new data models. Coordinate with other Data/Tech Architects to secure consistent architecture decisions across Pernod Ricard. Promote the global enterprise data strategy within the squad and provide architecture best practices. Participate in cross‑product data architecture initiatives and continually develop skills based on industry trends. Qualifications 5‑8 years of experience in data architecture. Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling. Experience in advanced programming and database administration. Mastery of data governance and security guidelines. Agile way of working and ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of data management procedures and global data architecture frameworks.
