Role Overview Senior Architect, Solutions Company: Corby Spirit and Wine Limited (a division of Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd.) Location: Windsor, ON, Canada Join a global Tech team operating in agile mode to design end‑to‑end solutions that span application, data, and infrastructure layers for Pernod Ricard’s Global Enterprise Architecture. Responsibilities In‑Depth Knowledge of enterprise level software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies. Strong knowledge relating to designing, deploying, and monitoring solutions. Software development skills (full stack). Middleware technologies such as Service Bus, Event Hubs, etc. Understanding of TCO and different solution/technical architecture scenarios. DevSecOps (CI/CD, ARM templates, Sec Design), Cloud computing, solution design, API design, & microservices architecture. ITSM processes. Data Management including offline/online data storage in apps. Cloud Native development and serverless computing (web apps, Azure functions, logic apps, API management, application gateway). Knowledge of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and integration technologies. Defining target Solution Architecture and contributing to Solution Design, Development and Rollout: Understand business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints. Engaging in change management & continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Architecture Development: Design and document solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issue mitigation strategies. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-6 years in IT/Tech‑functional roles with proven experience in Solution Architecture. Certifications (asset but not mandatory): Enterprise and Tech Architecture Certifications, Azure Solution Architect Certification, Salesforce/Customer Platforms Certifications. Key Internal Stakeholders Global Tech Product Teams; Global Engineering Services; Enterprise Architect; Data Architect; Integration Team; Security Team; Infrastructure; other Solution Architects within the chapter; Chief Enterprise Architect; Squad Members for Delivery of Products. Key External Stakeholders Technology Providers offering end‑to‑end solutions; Peers in the CPG Industry and Service Providers. Geographical Scope Scope: Global.
