Business Banking Associate – TD Securities Location & Working Hours Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Hours: 37.5 per week Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Annual Pay: $62,300 – $93,500 CAD (subject to qualification and locality) Position Overview TD Commercial Banking delivers customized financial solutions to North American businesses. The Commercial Associate program is an entry‑level experience that introduces commercial lending fundamentals, financial analysis, risk management, and industry analysis. It prepares candidates to work with mid‑market clients and develop business proposals that align with credit, deposits, and cash management needs. Key Responsibilities Learn and apply commercial lending principles through supervised, on‑site coaching and structured training. Assist in financial analysis and risk assessment of client portfolios. Support relationship managers in meeting a diverse range of client banking needs. Prepare business proposals and proposals documents for client engagements. Develop a deep understanding of client industry, products, and financial positions. Qualifications & Experience Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience working independently or in team settings, demonstrating strong initiative and learning ability. Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients. Willingness to relocate within the Prairie region – mobility is a requirement. Career Path & Development After 8–10 months of on‑site coaching and training, you will transition to an Account Manager role under the guidance of a Relationship Manager or as a standalone Account Manager.
