Here is how we do it: A performance-based pay system resulting in above-average income potential Medical, dental, and extended benefits Group RRSP plan Ongoing education support Sales incentives and promotions Team building events and activities One-on-one success coaching Proven goal setting and tracking systems Qualifications and requirements: Carry a valid CANS license in hairdressing Have 2 years of experience as a hairstylist with a clientele Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to provide own tools and equipment Have a positive, mature attitude Some evening and weekend availability Duties and responsibilities: Provide clients with a variety of hair services including but not limited to cutting, color application, highlights, balayage, relaxers, perms, styling, etc. Provide client consultations and home care recommendations Prepare the station before each shift General cleaning duties such as laundry, sweeping, cleaning of station, etc. Please submit a confidential resume to apply.
