In this pivotal role, you’ll work directly with clients to provide trusted advice, solve problems, and help them feel confident in their insurance choices — all with the tools, mentoring, and support you need to thrive.The OpportunityAs an Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our clients. You’ll draw on your insurance expertise to provide timely advice, review policies, resolve client inquiries, report claims, and ensure smooth service delivery. You’ll also support growth by selling new business, developing cross-selling opportunities, and responding to prospective client requests with professionalism and accuracy. By building strong relationships with clients and insurers — and collaborating closely with your teammates — you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting the expansion of our Marine division.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely, professional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care.Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately.Handle incoming paperwork, claims, and client requests in line with service standards.Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our systems.Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that give clients peace of mind.Provide certificates of insurance to clients, dealers, and finance companies as required.Build lasting relationships with clients andinsurers through clear, trusted communication.Stay current with product knowledge and support the Marine team as needed .What You Bring to the RoleWe’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with genuine people skills.
