Job Description:

Role Description

  1. Fluency with Mainframe tools including Endeavor's architecture, SCL (System Control Language), processor groups, and packages.
  2. Experience in automating build and deployment processes using scripts and tools.
  3. Proficiency in z/OS, JCL, REXX, and TSO/ISPF.
  4. Problem-solving skills for resolving issues related to software builds, version control, and system stability.
  5. Install, configure, and maintain IBM Endeavor software.
  6. Good team player with ability to solve problems, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  7. Leading team and coaching them for personal and professional development.
  8. Excellent communication and inter-personal skill.

Required Skill Set:

  1. Proficiency in IMS/DB2. COBOL, JCL
  2. Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, z/OS Systems Programming

Desired Skill Set:

  1. Manage relationships with technology and business partners to ensure the systems and processes
  2. Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
