Job Description:

Role Description

• Fluency with Mainframe tools including Endeavor's architecture, SCL (System Control Language), processor groups, and packages.

• Experience in automating build and deployment processes using scripts and tools.

• Proficiency in z/OS, JCL, REXX, and TSO/ISPF.

• Problem-solving skills for resolving issues related to software builds, version control, and system stability.

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM Endeavor software.

• Good team player with ability to solve problems, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Leading team and coaching them for personal and professional development.

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skill.

Required Skill Set:

• Proficiency in IMS/DB2. COBOL, JCL

• Strong knowledge of CICS, DB2, z/OS Systems Programming

Desired Skill Set:

• Manage relationships with technology and business partners to ensure the systems and processes

• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
