Accounts Receivable Admin

Responsibilities
- Facilitating the setup of new tenants in the accounting system and handling initial rent deposits.
- Managing billing cessation for vacated units, processing refunds, and performing adjustments to tenant accounts.
- Invoicing tenants for additional charges and managing bounced cheque notifications.
- Calculating interest on deposits and compiling monthly rent summaries.
- Ensuring compliance with notice requirements, generating renewal notices, and maintaining lease records.
- Collaborating with relevant personnel on lease-related matters and managing accounts sent to collections.
- Compiling monthly financial reports, vacancy data, and conducting bank reconciliations.
- Preparing annual investment income statements for tenants.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks and filing.
- Handling other assigned tasks as needed.
- 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in property management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interact with individuals across various levels.
- Team player with initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
