Reporting to the Medical-Surgical Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the overall coordination and facilitation of effective, efficient, and safe clinical activities, promoting interprofessional collaboration, supporting continuous quality improvement, and liaising with other patient care areas as required. The Team Leader works to balance as many variables as possible, ensuring that the daily operations and organization of the department support the delivery of quality care within existing resources.
