Sales & Reception Coordinator (Client Care Coordinator internally) to join our Client Care team. This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite at our Ajax, Ontario HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. In this role, you will be in a patient-facing administrative role and will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, ensuring a positive patient experience, and driving sales of our products and services.What we offer:Starting hourly compensation of $21-$24/hour + an attractive bonus programBenefits - including health, dental, vision + a healthcare spending account, starting on day one of hireRRSP matching programGenerous time off policies including 3 weeks of vacation, 7 paid personal days, + 1 paid volunteer dayTraining + education opportunitiesFriends and family discounts + our employee perk programWhat you'll do:Lead patient engagement activities and ensure a positive patient experience by acting as the first point of contact for patients visiting or contacting the clinicManage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow up on missed appointments or with appointment remindersMake product and payment recommendations to enhance the patient journeySupport with maintaining physical and electronic recordsPerform basic hearing aid maintenance and respond to product questionsParticipate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local communityEducate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assignedWhat we're looking for:2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role — in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment; comfortable interacting with customersSales acumen — experience recommending products or in retail is strongly preferredAccess to a vehicle and a valid driver's license — some local travel (mileage compensated) will be requiredCustomer-centric attitude — comfortable interacting with diverse patient groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as Ajax's number one choice for hearing care servicesTeam-player — works well with others and appreciates what can be accomplished with support from colleaguesWillingness to participate in local travel — mileage paid; some travel expected within the assigned region for community events and marketing initiativesHearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome applications from candidates with disabilities.
