Role Description: We are looking for a full-time Office Operation Manager and Coordinator. Here at Active Mechanical, you will oversee and coordinate all office and administrative operations.

We are looking for someone with Construction/Trade's experience

and someone who will be a good fit for our team.

Qualifications: 3 + years of experience in a related role. Experience in Mechanical trades industry (HVAC/R, Gas, Plumbing, ect..). Strong computer skills and an ability to adapt to new software platforms.

Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager(s) in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, resources, suppliers and project documentation to ensure timely delivery of projects Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, drawings Serve as the first point of contact within the company, providing professional assistance to all inquiries. Stay informed about daily operations and updates to answer questions, collaborating with Operations and other team members as needed. Oversee administrative management for the office. Assist staff with IT needs and coordinate outsourced services when required, ensuring smooth operation of office. Oversee administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as entering purchase order, managing and processing invoices. Assist in project procurement process Have solid days with a great group of professionals
