If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash is the place for you.Responsibilities:Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutionsProvide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping to identify customer requirements and processesProvide technical details and solutions for functional User StoriesConfigure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutionsHands‑on development of a Solution Design, leveraging best practices and programming principlesLead a development team in distributing tasks and performing code reviewsDeliver technical end user training and documentationExercise independent judgment, and take the lead technical role on enterprise level projects with minimal directionRequired Skills:Experience with hands‑on programming (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)Experience building integrations across multiple systems, REST APIsKnowledge of JSON format and related servicesStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with CloudFormation, and Lambda integrationsExperience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as CodeNice to haves:Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutionsExperience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIPExperience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routingAdvanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectureFamiliarity with Salesforce Service CloudContact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)AWS Developer Associate Certification or ProfessionalAWS Solution Architect Certification or ProfessionalSalesforce Certified Platform Developer IWhat’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?Remote & In‑Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you’re one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%.
