AWS CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and helping to achieve positive outcomes for NeuraFlash clients.Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivityEducate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloudFacilitate business process reviews with customers to understand their requirements and challenges. Assist in documenting these needs to guide solution design.Translate high‑level business goals into actionable, clear, and well‑structured user stories that can be used by development or implementation teams to create solutions.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing expectations and prioritiesWork closely with Solution Architects to review and approve created Solution Designs to ensure that best practices and standards are followedCollect business requirements and work with Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Practice Lead to generate estimates and timelines to be utilized in Statements of WorkDeliver customer end user training and documentationQUALIFICATIONS:Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutionsExperience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIPExperience with hands‑on Scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customersStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center RoutingKnowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeployContact Center architecture knowledgeExperience in technology/software sales, pre‑sales, or consultingAdvanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectureSalesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service CloudContact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)Experience with WorkForce Management solutionsExperience working with outbound dialers and campaign managementKnowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and ScrumAWS Developer Associate Certification or ProfessionalAWS Solution Architect Certification or ProfessionalWhat’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?Remote & In‑Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%.
