OverviewOne Source Home Services is growing We are looking for an HVAC Technician 313D for our diverse team. One Source Home Services offers residential heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, service, installations and service agreements.The HVAC Service Technician will assist with installs, maintains, and repairs heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in a residential setting.Responsibilities & DutiesOversee installations.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment.Perform warranty services.Apply local HVAC codes in a practical manner on each job.Provide technical support in the field.Field customer questions.Collaborate with sales and engineering to develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.Layout, design, and install low-voltage wiring.Run after-hours calls as required.Relay issues and associated costs to client and supervisor.Order and pick up parts.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and cleaning ducts.Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Keep daily logs and records of work completed.Maintain service truck.Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.Performs other related duties as required.Company vehicle provided.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.313D and OBT2 licenses are a strong asset.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.Work ConditionsOffice work (sitting at desk/working on computer for long periods of time).Field work in residential settings.At times it may be necessary to work outside of the regular work day in order to complete duties.Specific Skills RequiredStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to complete repetitive tasks.Ability to work in a team setting.Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsExperience in a commercial setting an asset.Valid driver’s license.G1 or G2 License.313D License as an asset.WE OFFER YOU:Competitive wages: $30–$40/hour (based on experience and certifications).Company vehicle and fuel card.Pension plan and benefits.Paid time off and holidays.Ongoing training and growth opportunities.Website: https://onesourcehome.caWe thank everyone who applies, however, only those selected will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25.00-$35.00 per hourAdditional pay:Overtime payBenefits:Dental careExtended health careRRSP matchVision careFlexible language requirement:French not requiredSchedule:Day shiftLicence/Certification:Driver's License (preferred)Gas (G2) License or Gas (G1) License (preferred)Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
