Automotive Finance and Insurance Operations Specialist CanadaOne Auto is seeking a hard‑working and detail‑oriented Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Operations Specialist to join our Head Office Finance Team. This corporate position supports the Vice President of Finance and Insurance and the Finance and Insurance Sales Operations Team, focusing on reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency. The successful candidate will work from one of our key locations — Scarborough Toyota or Toyota Northwest Edmonton — depending on where the ideal applicant is based. Location: Scarborough Toyota (ON) or Toyota Northwest Edmonton (AB) – CanadaOne Auto Group We’re looking for an analytical, organized, and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, streamline workflows, and take initiative as a self‑starter without requiring ongoing direction. Key Responsibilities Consolidate and analyze data from DMS systems, F&I platforms, and sales reports. Maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel‑based financial and sales reports. Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and deal tracking. Assist in creating marketing and operational learning resources. Coordinate national training initiatives and communications. Qualifications Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; DMS experience an asset. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and improve processes. Self‑motivated, takes initiative, and thrives with minimal supervision. Background in accounting, finance, or data analysis preferred. Understanding of automotive F&I operations an asset.
