The Scientist will contribute by conducting solid form screening experiments, characterizing the resulting material, and performing crystallization process development for active pharmaceutical ingredients and natural products. Utilizing their physical chemistry and/or engineering knowledge and hands-on experience, the Scientist is expected to spend 70-80% of their time in the lab. Report writing and weekly presentations to clients are also part of the role.TrainingAll scientists undergo a comprehensive training program after hiring to establish knowledge of workflows, instruments, and techniques.
