We welcome independent and semi-independent residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant.Permanent part-time position, 30 hours per week, 7/15, nights from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and every other weekend.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethicsAnswering call bellsAssist and/or accompany residents in getting aroundDelivering messages to the nursing staffIn collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .Promote and advocate for proactive care among residentsRespond to all emergency situationsWhile interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Good communicationLaw 90 trainingUp to date CPR / AED training certificatesPDSB trainingDEP or APRPABENEFITS:Salary to be discussedUniform providedFree parkingReferral ProgramGroup insuranceSick days and time off for family obligationsVacationSocial Club activities, gifts and substantial discountsWelcome and integration ProgramA welcoming and tight-knit teamHuman management approachJOB STATUS: Permanent: Part Time JOB SCHEDULE: Night time
