OverviewBilingual Benefits Solutions Advisor (French & English) – Quebec – Remote. Position can be done 100% remotely from anywhere within Canada. Base pay range: CA$80,000.00/yr – CA$100,000.00/yr. This role is part of Humi by Employment Hero and supports the Group Benefits Brokerage side of the business.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire sales process from initial contact to close in French and English.Handle leads from various sources (BDR, SaaS Sales Team, Marketing, Partnerships).Build rapport with new benefits clients alongside the benefits service manager via quarterly check-ins.Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.Negotiate renewals with carrier partners and present data and rates to clients.Renew numerous group plans each month and ensure client interests are addressed.Market existing group plans to source providers that better fit client needs.Manage post-quote items (alternate quotes, client inquiries, etc.) in both languages.Confirm sales details with the selected carrier before implementation.Conduct plan benchmarking analyses for prospects and clients.Onboard and integrate with the Humi Benefits team; participate in onboarding and renewal meetings to understand how to sell for the future.Support Portfolio and Solution Advisors with post-renewal and discovery deliverables.QualificationsLicensed Insurance Advisor with AMF certificate active and in good standing.2+ years experience in sales, account management, or customer service at a fast-paced brokerage or insurance carrier, specializing in group benefits.Fully bilingual in French and English (verbal and written), based in and licensed in Quebec.Experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving sales quotas.Knowledge of group benefits best practices and requirements from working with an insurer or brokerage.Strong relationship management skills and ability to ensure customer and partner satisfaction.Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong communication and influencing skills to curate optimal solutions.Resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, tech-savvy, and proficient in financial analysis in Excel.Strong work ethic, openness to feedback, self-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team.Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain data clearly to clients.Nice-to-have / BonusExperience in a fast-paced startup and ability to manage changing priorities.Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).Why joinRemote-first culture, cutting-edge tools and technology, rewards programs, employee share options, and global retreats; opportunities to contribute to a rapidly growing SaaS unicorn with a distributed workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
