A career as a Senior Business Analyst at National Bank means playing a strategic and cross-functional analysis role within the Information Security Office. You will be responsible for defining and managing the cross-functional demand management process for unplanned initiatives impacting the information security industry. You will contribute to the analysis of these requests, their referral and their follow-up through all committees where the information security sector is represented. You ensure the quality, efficiency and traceability of business decisions for the sector. Your job

Carry out an inventory, establish the target and set up the sector's decision-making process (inventory and documentation of committees, decisions impacting information security and the Bank) Set up and manage tools (grids, document structure, dashboard, etc.) Understand, analyze and guide cross-cutting initiatives impacting the sector. Prepare recommendations for the CISO Management Committee. Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment and strategic planning. Manage the ongoing relationship with the initiative leaders and all stakeholders Your team The IT and Operations sector is made up of more than 5500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. Within the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, you are part of a large team of about forty colleagues and you report to the Senior Director of the Office of the Efficiency and Performance team within the Office of Information Security. Completed bachelor's or master's degree, related to the sector of activity and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience; Experience in business process improvement Experience in analytics Project management experience Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Your benefits
