About This Opportunity Reporting to the VP, People, the Senior Specialist, Projects & People Programs will appeal to candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for contributing to meaningful initiatives and developing their skills along the way. Responsibilities Support the planning, tracking, and progress of multiple People & functional initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Monitor project progress, flag risks, and follow up on action items across multiple workstreams. Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for leadership and team meetings. Serve as a liaison with internal and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, follow up on actions, and enable decision-making. Maintain project documentation and provide status updates. Anticipate the needs of the VP, People—proactively preparing materials and information to support decision-making. Coordinate and support the rollout of internal programs and initiatives. Organize logistics for leadership meetings and functional events. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business support, or a related role. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A detail-oriented, proactive and responsive approach with a commitment to follow-through. Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and navigating competing priorities. A collaborative, team-focused mindset—someone who thrives in a support role while gaining visibility into leadership-level initiatives. Practiced in handling confidential issues in a discretionary and sensitive manner. Ability to travel to the various plants / locations as required. What We Offer Values based culture.
