Learning and Development Manager

OverviewRide the next mile with us Responsibilities Assess training and development needs across the organization and propose adapted solutions to meet business needs and compliance requirements. Create and implement training plans and curriculums for service center departments to support employee’s career pathing Develop a yearly calendar to promote knowledge transfer and social learning across the organization via lunch and learns, co-development and group events. Oversee the design and delivery of customized training programs tailored to the needs of individuals and departments. Lead a team of instructional designers and provide one-on-coaching to enhance performance and career development Design and lead the implementation of an effective LMS architecture, and ensure consistent reporting and data management Collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Establish and maintain partnerships with subject matter experts and external service providers Manage the training and development budget and monitor the return on investment of training programs. Foster an inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity and encourages collaboration Keep up to date on best practices and use emerging technologies to develop innovative learning solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field. Over 7 years of proven experience in learning and development, with at least years in a managerial role Knowledge of French and English is required given the global scope of the position Knowledge of Microsoft office suite Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management. Strategic thinking and planning. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment Ability to navigate with ambiguity Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Proficiency in LMS and other training technologies. Ability to manage budgets and demonstrate ROI on training investments.
