Information Technology Manager Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is seeking an individual who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to creating memorable experiences for both our employees and our guests. About the Role Reporting directly to the Director of IT, the IT Manager is primarily responsible for providing day‑to‑day end‑user support and ensuring the stability of the hotel’s technology environment. This is a hands‑on technical role focused on supporting employees and critical hotel systems, including POS/Micros, PMS, and other hospitality applications. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment, with strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep systems stable and secure. What You Will Do Provide direct end‑user support for hotel employees across all departments. Act as the primary support contact for POS/Micros systems — candidates without this experience will not be considered. Support other hotel systems and applications such as PMS (Opera), Delphi, Workday, Outlook, Teams, and property‑specific solutions. Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of systems, service requests, and resolutions. Provide setup and support for conferences, events, and meeting spaces. Assist the Director of IT with reporting, system updates, vendor communications, and contract administration. Uphold Four Seasons’ global technology standards and participate in corporate technology projects when required. Support the hotel’s infrastructure, including servers, network, and security tools, in collaboration with the Director of IT. What You Bring 3–5 years of direct end‑user support experience in IT, ideally within hospitality. POS/Micros experience is mandatory (applications will not be considered without it). Strong knowledge of hotel applications and systems (PMS, POS, HSIA, Back Office). Advanced proficiency in French (oral and written). Advanced level of English to ensure effective communication with international stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
