Posted: 2025-09-02Multimedia Producer — VolunteerOrganization: U+ ToastmastersLocation: On-site, Richmond Hill, OntarioDescriptionU+ Toastmasters' Youth Volunteer Connects Program is funded by Canada Service Corps, a national movement that empowers youth aged 12 - 30 to gain experience and build important skills while giving back to their community.What You’ll DoOversee the planning, development, and execution of performing arts productions (theatre, concerts, festivals, etc.).Secure funding and manage budgets, grants, sponsorships, and ticket sales.Hire and coordinate with directors, cast, crew, designers, and technical staff.Schedule rehearsals, performances, and promotional events.Ensure compliance with contracts, union regulations, and safety standards.Promote productions through marketing campaigns, press releases, and community outreach.Oversee logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, and technical support.Evaluate the success of productions and prepare reports for stakeholders.This is a volunteer position, ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to get involved in meaningful work while sharpening their marketing skills.Who We’re Looking ForWe welcome volunteers who are enthusiastic, dependable, and excited to support our mission.
