There are opportunities for career advancement with a global company behind you.ResponsibilitiesServe as Territory Manager in Edmonton, responsible for prospecting and cold calling new customers, managing existing accounts, and generating substantial gross transactional value.Sell Ritchie Bros. multi-channel solutions through prospecting and developing business, planning, and pipeline management within the assigned territory.Source and grow sales with new business and support existing business through customer relationships; understand customer needs and deliver value via customized solutions.Develop the assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook and utilizing the CRM (Salesforce) frequently.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and close deals.Attend 4 to 6 auction sales (1 to 2 days each within the region) to meet customers and colleagues.Travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month to cover the territory, and 1 to 2 days prior to each auction.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Equipment industry or construction equipment experience preferred; experience in quota-driven sales is required or highly desirable depending on the role.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.Competitive without sacrificing integrity; able to work primarily from a home office and on the road.Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role; accommodations include medical and dental benefits, retirement plans with company match, paid holidays, and generous PTO.Additional information: opportunities for training and professional development; company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account may be provided as part of compensation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
