We safeguard billions of assets and provide sustainable solutions across records, digital transformation, and data center services.Job OverviewPosition: Employee Relations Specialist IIRequisition: J0095239The Human Resources Service Delivery team seeks an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex ER matters, provide expert guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑SeniorEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingResponsibilitiesManage complex Tier 3 employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, policy breaches, performance management, driver standards, agency claims, unemployment matters, and terminations—assessing risk and escalating to Legal as needed while maintaining complete case documentation.Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries, providing expert guidance and ensuring timely, accurate resolution of advanced ER issues.Partner with internal and external legal advisors on ER reporting, case strategy, compliance, and risk assessment.Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and feedback to people managers to strengthen ER capability across the organization.Conduct employee and ethics line investigations, issuing termination documents and processing unemployment‑related actions.Review and improve ER processes and documentation, ensuring consistency across specialists and driving updates or new procedures.Qualifications5+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in complex Employee Relations case management.Strong knowledge of labor and employment regulations and proven conflict‑resolution, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.Bi‑lingual: English/French proficiency required.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).BenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.Paid time off and holidays.Flexible work options to support work‑life balance.Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth.Equal Employment OpportunityIron Mountain is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
