Contracts Advisor – Calgary, AB (Contract Role) Overview This role supports or leads project contracting activities across early planning, FEED, and execution phases. The Contracts Advisor is responsible for contractor qualification, bid strategy, ITT development, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and post‑award administration through close‑out. Responsibilities Develop contracting strategies and detailed Contracting Plans Prepare bid slates, tender packages, and evaluate proposals Lead or support negotiations and finalize contract documents Coordinate internal reviews and secure required approvals Support contractor selection and award recommendations Manage contract administration, change control, and subcontracting activities Monitor invoicing, payment compliance, and contractor performance Lead contract close‑out planning and documentation Qualifications 8+ years of experience in contract engineering, administration, or commercial negotiations Strong understanding of project execution and contracting principles Engineering or commercial degree preferred Certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or PMP are an asset Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
