You will manage productivity and delivery promises, collaborating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR teams to develop plans that meet business objectives.You will work in a physically demanding environment—lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and standing or walking for up to 12 hours. Must work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, adapting to changing shift requirements.Process Improvement & Physical Readiness: Preferred 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
