Job Description This part-time seasonal position assists UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick-ups of UPS packages at UPS drop boxes and customer locations in and around Scarborough Area. NO DRIVING REQUIRED. The role involves working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment, which requires continuous lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages. This position is essential to providing excellent customer service through efficiency and dedication. Job Type Part-Time, Temporary Seasonal Work Location Scarborough, ON Workdays Monday to Friday (Must be available to work all 5 days) Shift Time 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs) Hourly Wage $18/hourly ** APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK** Key Responsibilities Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs. Meet UPS driver at assigned local meet point Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively Learn and properly execute UPS package handling/delivery methods Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required Record, track, and maintain information about delivered package Comply with UPS appearance guidelines by wearing the company-provided vest and uniform Requirements This is a part-time position, must be able to work 3-5 hours a day, various start times available between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
