This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role to start, ideal for someone who enjoys working deeply in the details while building scalable accounting processes. You’ll play a key role in month‑end reporting, IFRS analysis, and audit readiness - and you’ll help modernize our controllership by leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline our close and reporting cycles. If you’re a technically strong CPA who thrives in a fast‑paced, public‑company environment and loves balancing precision with innovation, this role is for you. As the team grows, you’ll have the potential to expand into people leadership and help shape the next generation of Mogo’s finance function.
