Personal Support Assistant - Full Time Position Villa Care Centre, 658 King Street, Midland, Ontario Jarlette Health Services is a family‑centric organization with over 50 years of experience in senior care. We are looking for a Personal Support Assistant to deliver optimum services in activities of daily living, dining, comfort and companionship to promote the quality of life and well‑being of each resident. Responsibilities As a Personal Support Assistant, you will: Assist with activities of daily living and dining services. Provide comfort, companionship, and promote quality of life for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors. Document care activities accurately. Qualifications Secondary School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service or working with seniors preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Model warmth and human connection in communication. Sensitive, empathetic to needs of others. Active interest in ongoing education. Computer literate. Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
