- Provide personal care in accordance with established policy, the client plan of care and within the scope of practice of a Care Support Worker;
- Contribute to and follows a plan of care to meet the client’s assessed need;
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of personal care delivered;
- Demonstrate a professional working knowledge of all equipment used in the delivery of care;
- Follow all policies and procedures;
- Seek direction from the Regulated Service Supervisor when a clients need exceeds the experience or scope of practice
- Observe, report, record the client’s conditions and follow care delivery plans as directed by the Regulated Service Supervisor;
- Provide Housekeeping Services as per the care delivery plan
- Transporting clients to and from appointments, recreational events, shopping etc.
- Palliative Care
- Dementia Care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
