Join to apply for the Senior Customer Service Representative (bilingual) role at Canada Life. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English & French) Life & Health Insurance Senior Customer Service Representative to provide best‑in‑class service to our customers through telephone and email channels. This hybrid position is available in the following locations: Montreal, Regina, Winnipeg, London, and Toronto. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Applicants must be available during these hours. Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and emails from existing clients. Make outbound calls to existing clients. Provide customers with detailed information about policies and products. Maintain internal database records. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in French and English (required). Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience as a customer service representative in a fast‑paced environment. Post‑secondary degree or equivalent experience. In‑depth knowledge of Life and Health Insurance products. Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Experience with main‑frame systems, Microsoft Office, and data tracking. Background in telephone sales or marketing preferred. Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in simple terms. Security clearance (Reliability Status) required. Salary Base salary ranges from $40,300.00 to $67,000.00 annually.
