The Opportunity lResponsible for ensuring customer service requests are fulfilled within an appropriate timeframe. Planning and scheduling of jobs with accurate data entry, while supporting the various requirements of daily operations within the service team. The Role Communicate with equipment owners for authorization of servicing and repairs as required. Schedule jobs in the workshop and field. Generate, manage and close work orders. Enter assets into system with appropriate details and documentation. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers. Communicate equipment servicing needs as required with Branch Manager and Shop Lead to establish appropriate timelines for repairs. Assist service team with obtaining parts through inventory or vendors. Communicate work performed and complete service documentation. Work with manufacturers and suppliers to support work activities. Participate in technical training. Training may occur during work and/or after work hours. Participate in all required Health & Safety training. Comply with the Health & Safety program and practices. Meet requirements of Pre-Work Hazard and Job Hazard assessments Performance of daily duties in a manner conductive to a safe workplace. Conduct housekeeping duties. Maintain a professional company image at all times.

The Candidate Work Experience:

1+ years Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Proficient written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to work with customers, exceptional customer service; demonstrated mechanical aptitude, analysis and problem-solving skills.
