We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Executive who has individual goals yet wants to work as part of a dynamic and thriving sales team. The Role Growing sales within new and existing accounts while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Identifying and converting new leads and sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Collaborating with technical teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territory including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits. Collaborating with vendors for lead generation and sales opportunities. Account planning to align customer initiatives with sales forecasting. Liaising with our delivery team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts. Actively supporting Elantis culture. Required Skills Proven experience consistently meeting sales targets in a B2B sales role and sale cycles. An active network of contacts to open sales conversations. Three to five years of experience with solution selling an IT consulting company. Experience acquiring new clients and developing client relationships with excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization (including executive and C‑level contacts). Proven ability to successfully manage multiple accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build connections with contacts quickly. Experience using CRM software, such as Dynamics 365, to track and forecast future sales. Experience working in the information technology industry (knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Fabric).
