Compensation Coordinator | Contract until June 2026 About This Team As part of the Compensation team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role supports the integration and maintenance of reward programs into the HRIS and other reporting tools. The role assists in administering reward programs that are market competitive and support our global growth. Core Responsibilities Main point of contact for compensation queries from employees via internal systems such as ServiceNow – triage and redirect as needed. Support the broader compensation team in supporting the global business. Partner with cross‑functional teams across the organization. Prepare salary survey submissions; gather, validate, and organize information related to pay recommendations. Provide general ad‑hoc team support (annual performance management & compensation cycle, monthly SSC bonus accrual reporting, monthly audits). Assist in calculation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Support projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree in a related field (Finance, HR, etc.). Compensation, finance, or human resources experience considered an asset. Experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel, and other Office software. Exposure to HRIS (Workday ideal) back‑end. Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Highly ethical and able to handle confidential issues with discretion. Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: CAD $55,300 – $72,600 annually. Base pay based on market location. Eligible for annual bonus program subject to eligibility.
