Brand Experience is a core function of the Brand Marketing organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. Comprised of the core functions of Digital Brand Experience, Retail Brand Experience, Store Design and Event Experience, this team is redefining digital and physical brand experiences by providing strategic design for the online-to-offline journeys that serve our guests and drive sales.a day in the life: what you’ll doThe Global Visual Merchandising & Styling Manager is responsible for developing and creating innovative product presentation and styling strategies that inspire our guest and deliver on business needs. This role will help drive the functional go-to-market process to influence end-in-mind retail vision, bringing to life the product and storytelling vision for the global store fleet. This role, in strong partnership with the regions, will build seasonal frameworks and playbooks to drive global best practices and standards, in order to drive consistency throughout the marketplace. This role works on a team to develop and execute integrated and inspired product journeys at lululemon stores.Reimagine the way our franchises and key product destinations come to life in our stores, through intentional product & guest journeys.Drive the strategy, product journey, and presentation needs that build a distinctive in-store experience for the lululemon guest aligned to the seasonal go-to-market calendar.Develop global best practices and standards to achieve scale across the lululemon fleet, capture regional insights and key city learnings and applying at a broader scale.Support the planning and application of seasonal & campaign product presentation strategies against Brand priorities and store experiences.Partner with key functions to innovate our stores KOP, mannequins and fixture system to deliver a premium guest experience.qualificationsAn undergraduate degree is required in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or Marketing8+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably with apparel, with a minimum of 3 years in a corporate retail environment requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesExperience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationshipsAbility to lift and move fixtures and mannequins, up to 45 lbs.Must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $103,500- $135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
