About the Role: This is your opportunity to join Embolden Mental Health & Psychotherapy, a fully virtual, trauma-informed practice serving clients across Ontario. We are a growing team with a special focus on trauma therapy and EMDR, dedicated to providing high-quality care for individuals, couples, and families. In this part‑time role, you’ll manage your own caseload while working within a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll be providing EMDR therapy (alongside other approaches as appropriate) to adults, teens, and/or couples navigating trauma and life challenges. What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional, evidence‑based psychotherapy with an emphasis on EMDR therapy. Develop individualized treatment plans and guide clients toward meaningful change. Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation. Participate in peer consultation and external clinical supervision as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care. Engage in ongoing professional development, with opportunities to deepen trauma and EMDR expertise. Contribute to a culture of compassion, innovation, and excellence. What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Counselling or Psychology. Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with CRPO. Located in Ontario. EMDR basic training required; EMDR certification is a strong asset. Up‑to‑date liability and cyber insurance. Passion for trauma‑informed, client‑centered therapy. Availability to conduct 10–15 psychotherapy sessions per week. Highly organized, independent, and collaborative. Experience with couples or families is an asset.
