Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.Team Members EnjoyCompetitive wages (include language premiums)Creative incentive programsFull training and exciting long-term career opportunitiesFlexible hours, opportunity to work 30 + hours per weekDuties & ResponsibilitiesAssisting in daily operations where required, event spaces, and wine club to ensure maximum customer service balancing fiscal requirementsOverseeing setup, execution, & closing of eventsCustom designed menus/maps & signage to work within the brand imagingAssist with the execution of various programmingAssisting with billing & accounts receivables for internal & private eventsResponsible for all non-retail inventory working within par stock providedAct as manager-on-duty and oversee staff and operationsOpening and closing, tillsUtilize organizational documents and support organizational systems to provide consistency in daily business operations. – I.e. floor plans, transfer sheets, etc.Answering phones and emailsAny other duties assigned by estate managersQualificationsPost secondary EducationMinimum 1-3 years event coordinating experienceProficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelProven ability to multi taskStrong math skillsProven experience building business relationshipsStrong problem solving & organizational skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsSound knowledge of wines would be an assetAvailability: 5 days per week throughout the summer; Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, and evenings all year roundCompensation$20/hour + gratuitiesWe are committed to establishing a qualified workforce that reflects the diverse population it serves and we encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
